Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. Forward your calls to Latchbell, all of them or only the ones you miss. Or get a new local number.
What if it doesn’t know the answer?
It answers only from what you’ve told it. Otherwise it takes a message or puts the caller through to you. AI can make mistakes, so every call and text is in your inbox.
Which languages does it speak?
Over 90, from the caller’s first words: English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese and many more. Your inbox notes the language of each call.
Do I need a website?
No. Type a few notes or upload your price list. You also get a free booking page.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. Bookings from your page, your phone and your customers’ AI are yours, with no commission. Cleaners on the Latchbell marketplace pay $5 only when we find them a new customer who books; leads are always free.
What happens after 200 minutes?
Extra minutes are $0.25 each, up to a monthly cap you set. Calls under 15 seconds don’t count.
